Ingredients

Goat’s milk, Saponified olive oil, Palm fruit oil (naturally retained glycerine), Mandarin essential oil, Lavender essential oil.

Product Description

This gentle soap specially contain soothing and vitamin-rich goat’s milk, extra virgin olive oil and lightly scented with Mandarin and Lavender essential oils. This product does not contain artificial colorants, fragrances, mineral oils, parabens, preservatives, detergents or tallow. I bought the goat’s milk soap R48 for 130g online at Faithful to Nature. It comes in a transparent plastic wrap with a big heart. Manufacturer’s name and other important information are present on the side and back.

Ingredients Benefits

Goat’s Milk – is rich in lot of beneficial components like vitamins (i.e. A, B6, B12, C, D and E), Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Triglycerides, butterfat, selenium, calcium and so on. It repairs and renews the skin by aiding the removal of dead skin cells; it also helps to lighten pigmented skin and acne spots.

Palm Fruit oil – has family of Vitamin E (toctrienols), which is a potent antioxidant that lessen radicals that cause skin damage. It also reduces wrinkles and fine lines. Due to its fatty content, it helps to restore natural oils to the skin and hair.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – is a vegetable oil that is highly rich in fatty acids and antioxidant. More benefits available here.

Mandarin essential oil – also known as tangerine essential oil – is extracted from the fresh peels of Mandarin. The oil acts as antiseptic and promotes development of new tissues and skin cells.

Lavender essential oil – acts as an antibacterial – helps to reduce over production of sebum while lessening acne scars.

Cons

It can cause dry patchy skin if you are allergic to any of the essential oil. The plastic wrap that it comes in is not really suitable to house the soap for long.

My Last Opinion

The product is worth the price and beneficial – it is really organic as claimed, I didn’t find any chemical or baddy in the ingredient lists. The soap bar is milky and creamy in both color and lather. It still has the fragrance of the goat’s milk which is not really noticeable once one get used to it.

First time that I am trying an organic soap with essential oil, using it for face and sometimes for body. It really cleanse my skin especially my face without causing breakouts or rashes while leaving it smooth and soft.

All soap beauties, this goat’s milk soap is definitely worth giving a trial. Hope you like the review. Kindly leave your comments and queries.
